I hope everyone is as excited about team camp as our Coaching Staff is - it's going to be a great week! Below are further details:
DAILY SCHEDULE:
Gym doors will be open at 7:45.
Players must be ready to go (shoes, kneepads, name tags on) by 8:15 am daily.
The first day of camp we will have a quick program meeting at 8:15 am sharp and we will set up the gym together.
Session 1: 8:30-11:30 am
Lunch Break: 11:30-1pm
Session 2: 1-4 pm
Break: 4-4:30 pm
Session 3: 4:30-5:30 pm
BRING:
Players need to be dressed in volleyball gear (indoor court shoes, kneepads, shorts, t-shirt)
Please bring a large water bottle for use throughout camp.
It will be hot, so please bring extra gear (socks, t-shirts) so you can put on dry clothes in between sessions if needed.
NUTRITION:
We will be working very hard next week, so it's important to eat healthy, stay hydrated and stretch well.
1. Eat a healthy breakfast that will give you energy throughout the first session
2. Lunch break - players are responsible for their meals. We encourage you to pack a lunch and get to know your teammates and coaches better. However, players will be able to leave campus during the lunch break, but will need to be with their parents.
3. Afternoon break - please bring a light snack that will give you energy for the last hour of camp.
